The rooms were great-sized with a good view. The staff were absolutely courteous and attentive. Its location was magnificent and fab, just next door to the train station and all the attractions.

Good value as opposed to other options. Modern hotel and spotless, enjoyable breakfasts, magnificent location very close to Ravenna's historical center. The rooms with a fresh decor. Comfortable beds and responsive and well managed staff especially at the reception desk. Free parking on street provided. Not to mention excellent wifi!

The hotel is close to the places of interest, especially the square where it seems people are always gathering. Our visit this year to the hotel was the second one. The bedroom is big enough, everything is clean and there were enough hot water for us both to shower. Staff is friendly and assisted us with enquiries. The continental breakfast was good and I don't think anyone can complain that they didn't have enough to eat. Thanks, we will use the hotel again if we ever go that way in the future. The room is air-conditioned, spacious, and equipped with a mini-bar, central heating, and a personal safe for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is comfortable and is conveniently situated for visiting all of the many historic sites in Ravenna. The management and staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in need of a "make-over". However, this did not affect the comfort of our stay.
